RaiseLab supported us in exploring innovation opportunities based on one of our 3 strategic themes. The dedicated team studied the opportunities of this theme by deciphering the macroeconomic and technological environment to identify the most relevant trends. She then analyzed startups in France and abroad as well as the actions taken by competitors. This allowed us to better understand the range of possibilities and to integrate it into our roadmap.

Maison RaiseLab is equipped with modern security devices, guaranteeing the safety of premises and people. Surveillance cameras, secure access by badge and reception staff are in place to ensure everyone's safety.
Access to coworking spaces and private offices is by name badge, thus ensuring the security and confidentiality of the premises.
Office rental includes access to services such as the rental of meeting rooms and phone boxes throughout the building, wifi, secure access 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, regular cleaning of the premises, access to the concierge and the activities of Maison RaiseLab.
Flex workstations offer workspace flexibility and allow efficient use of available resources. They promote collaboration and interaction between residents through an open and dynamic environment, while enjoying inspiring natural light.
The flex stations are located under the glass roof (common space without an assigned office). This position is ideal for sharing and versatility. Open-space offices are open spaces that promote collaboration, while private offices offer privacy and comfort.
