RaiseLab isa simplified joint stock company (SAS) under French law registered with theParis Trade and Companies Register and headquartered at 18 rue de la Fontaine au Roi, 75011 Paris, France (otherwise knowns as “we”)
RaiseLab acts as data controller for the collection and processing of personal data via the www.raiselab.co website.

RaiseLab collects personal data directly from you via forms, as well as tracers and calls to our web servers.

For processing resulting from collections made via our online forms, the legalbasis retained is that of legitimate interest.
For the processing of cookies not strictly necessary for the operationsof our Site, we obtain your Consent before depositing any cookies on your terminal.

We collect the following personal data directly
- Registration: We collect the mandatory information needed to register for the services we provide, namely the company you workforce, your title, first name, last name, email address, and phone number

We collect the following information automatically from a third party source:
- Technical Information. When you visit our website, we collect information about the devices you use and the networks you are connected to. This technical information includes your IP address, login information, the bandwidth you use, the time of your visit, your browser type and version, your browser add-on types and versions, your operating system, information about your visit, including click stream displaying URLs, download/upload errors, pages you visited, interactions between pages, and other connection data contained in our logs. This collected information is anonymized and processed with third-party Inspectlet and Google Analytics technology.
Who are the recipientsof your personal data?
Within the strict framework of the declared purpose, RaiseLab may share its data with its service providers, subcontractors within the meaning of the RGPD.
Is your data processed outside the EU?
Most of our data processing is carried out in the EU. Some of our service providers process data in the United States. Since the EU-US agreement established in July 2023, and the publication of a list ofUS organizations applying data protection principles in accordance with RGPD requirements, we systematically verify our partners on this list.
What retention periods do we apply to your personal data?
Data collected via the contact form is kept byRaiseLab for the time it takes to process the request.
● Regarding commercial prospecting, the period is set at 36 months
● For information regarding white papers and/or invitations to events, the period is set at 12 months
At the end of this period, your personal data will be deleted from RaiseLab's database.
What rights do you have in the protection of your personal data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, and with European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016, the user has the right to access, rectify, oppose, limit and, where applicable, delete data.These rights may be exercised by simple request, sent by e-mail to: dpo@raiselab.co.

Access and rectification rights: at any time, you may request access to and rectification of your personal data.
Right to erasure: you may at any time request RaiseLab to erase your personal data subject to certain conditions, such as the data no longer being necessary for processing.
Right to restrict processing:the right to restrict your data is a right that complements your other rights.During the period of time that is necessary for us to verify or review your other rights requests, you have the option of asking us to freeze the use of your data.
Right to withdraw your consent:for all processing requiring your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, particularly for commercial purposes.
The ability to arrange what happens to your personal data after your death: you can provide instructions about the retention, deletion and disclosure of your data after your death. To do this, you designate a person to carry out your instructions.
