As part of its operational and possibly financial merger discussions with a French fintech, leader in the French market for payment solutions for adolescents, the payment and services branch of the Crédit Agricole group needs an analysis of the company's profile and its valuation to assess the interest of a strategic alliance and its terms (partnership, acquisition, etc.).

Actions and deliverables

  • Rating: to de-risk the collaboration and obtain an external opinion on the operational and financial solidity of the company, thanks to in-depth discussions with the startup and a careful analysis
  • Valuation: to establish the value of the company, via the use of different methods dedicated to VC, with a view to taking a stake or an acquisition
