The LoopNet media highlights La Maison RaiseLab, a third place dedicated to collaborative innovation in Paris

Learn how we transformed a former musical instrument workshop dating from the 1920s into a thriving hub to encourage collaborations and innovation. Opened in February 2021, this unique 2,500 square meter space aims to encourage exchanges between businesses of all sizes in a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere.

The architects of PDA Architecture, the Dumez construction team and the interior design agency Label Experience participated in the work, which lasted three years for planning and 18 months for construction.
