Faced with the profound transformation of the real estate sector, the Quartus Group wishes to place innovation and startups at the heart of its challenges, as a lever for creating value, and thus be created and identified within an ecosystem of innovative solutions that can be activated.

Production of a Trendbook on in-store digital innovations:

  • Identification and qualification of 6 strategic themes: Environmental health and healthy buildings, Nature and Biodiversity, Mobility of goods and users, Aging and disability, Contextualizing the project and knowing the territory, Services and shared spaces
  • Research and selection of the 5 best innovative solutions

Results

  • 6 strategic themes addressed
  • 30 innovative startup solutions analyzed, recorded and returned

The mission allowed Quartus to enrich its knowledge of the ecosystem and to create interactions with relevant startups.
