Background and needs

As part of the launch of the Green Sciences Incubator (GSI), a project incubator whose objective is to test innovative breakthrough solutions in response to the L'Oréal For The Future strategic plan, the L'Oréal Research and Innovation Department is looking for support in the strategic framework and management of projects.

Actions and deliverables

• Implementation of a tailor-made methodological process taking into account the specificities of scientific research and L'Oréal culture
• Framing of each incubated project: objectives, stakeholders and governance, KPIs, experimentation program
• Project incubation run: test management, go/no-go committees, KPIs monitoring

Results

The mission carried out by RaiseLab allowed L'Oréal to:

• 10 breakthrough projects incubated, including 2 in the transfer phase to business application fields
• 25 internal stakeholders involved per project and contact details
• 1 methodological process tailor-made for the Green Sciences Incubator (GSI)

A strategic and operational partner since the beginning of this initiative, RaiseLab helps to make these innovation projects a reality, facilitating the development and incubation of these high-potential startups, stimulating relationships between actors, building bridges and creating common cultures.

Through our role as a neutral intermediary, we shape a spirit of mutually beneficial collaboration and ensure transparent coordination between L'Oréal and startups. By managing and monitoring projects and indicators, we ensure the continuous adjustment of the roadmap to ensure that interests are aligned.
